You heard right!! Spring season is around the corner. That means if you want games, you have to enter your availability. As a reminder, we’ve switched over to Arbiter as our assignments platform. Below is a quick refresher on how to update your schedule.
*There are a couple of early matches already in the queue, so the sooner the better, and you may see some assignments come through!

A few admin notes:
- It is high school’s competitive 15s season, as such there will be more weeknight matches. Arbiter automatically includes travel time with arrival 45 minutes before kickoff, so please set your availability the earliest you can depart.
Example: I can leave work from Chicago at 4pm, I set my availability to begin at 4pm on weekdays. Arbiter automatically adds in travel to each location, so if a kickoff is set in Naperville at 4:30, it will not assign me the match. - There will be 7s tournaments, I will try to include that in the notes in Arbiter. If you are a “Referee”, regardless of number, expect to be in the center. “ARs” are designated as such.
- There is an opportunity to volunteer your time for youth festivals this spring, we highly encourage it, please sign up here.
- Spring can get chaotic, especially with HS playoffs. The teams don’t know who/when/where until a few days before the match. Please keep your availability up to date and have patience!
